Online will-writing

We will require particulars like your personal details, name of beneficiaries or guardians, list of assets and the name of executor. 

Upon receiving your comprehensive form, we will contact your to discuss your matter and require further details if needed. We will then forthwith a reasonable fee for Will-Writing and we shall proceed upon receiving payment via online transfer.

When we start writing your Will, our internal expert will conduct its first round of review to ensure compliance and legal impeccability. 

You will receive a draft Will written by us for review to ensure the accuracy of the details and you will have your last chance to make any amendments you wish.

Upon returning your will to us, we shall conduct a second round of review to ensure its compliance with law and any amendments are taken into account and clearly written on your will.  

Once we forward you the finalised version of your Will, you may sign the Will at any place at your convenience in the presence of two witnesses. Alternatively, we can offer you two witnesses to witness your signing at your convenient place subject to minimum transportation fee.

Once your Will is duly executed, you may choose to deposit your Will with us for storage subject to a fixed fee or you can make your own arrangement to store your Will.
